Celeine has been cooking in the kitchen and working hard to master GLUTEN FREE and VEGAN treats and meals.
At Oz's we take food seriously. We use only the freshest ingredients and use organic products as much as possible with an emphasis on fresh garlic, ginger and herbs and vegetables from our garden. Everything is made with care and food selections are based on what is available and in season. No shortcuts are used, only lots of TLC.
A full breakfast is included in the room rate for each night stayed. Dinner and Lunch are apon request.
Our dinner price is $25 to $35 per person for a 3 course served dinner. Once local and in season produce and products are purchased, we prepare menus based on our guests likes and dislikes and requests. Light lunches can be arranged at $10 per person.
Ash, through his own fight with allergies, has also become very adaptable in preparing gluten free and dairy free meals. Wicked gluten free chocolate cakes can be prepared for special occasion with advanced notice.
Ash's family restaurant background has provided him with years of experience in food preparation. But, it's his genuine passion for cooking that shows through in his meals.
Ethnic cuisine are a favorite at OZ's. Indian, Asian and Thai influenced cooking are prepared for those who enjoy these cuisine. And, good old meat and potato meals and pasta dishes are also prepared for those who prefer a more standard cuisine.
